Mountain Shadows strives to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all our campers. If your camper has special dietary requirements or allergies, medical accommodations, or behavioral needs, please let us know in detail on your registration form so we can make appropriate plans to help your youth. An adult is welcome to attend camp with their camper to help with needs our camp staff cannot provide if desired. Mountain Shadows does reserve the right to require an adult to attend full time with their camper or request the camper not to return if their behavior presents a danger to themselves, other campers, or the camp staff.

Mountain Shadows welcomes all youth who identify as female, non-binary, and transgender.

All four of the following steps must be completed before registration is considered complete. 

No t-shirt or sweatshirt orders will be submitted until payment is received.

Part 1: Registration Form

Our Registration Form is comprehensive, and takes ~15 minutes to complete. 

• Camper information

• Basic Dietary, Allergy, and Medical information 

• T-shirt ordering

• Participation agreements

Once this digital registration form is submitted, your Camper's spot is held but not confirmed until any additional forms (GSUSA Registration) and Payment or Financial Assistance Forms are received.  If camp should fill, priority will be given to campers whose registration is completed regardless of when the registration process was started.

Registration is considered complete and your camper is confirmed once all forms and payment have been received. You will receive a confirmation email with camp information once registration is completed.
